Use of Research Products

All GelbChem products are intended for research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. Our products are not IVDs (as defined by the Food and Drug Administration, USA). They should be used only by technically-qualified individuals or those under their direct supervision. Any individual working directly with these products should have free access to the applicable Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and should read and understand it completely prior to use.

Patent Disclaimer

GelbChem uses reasonable efforts in order to avoid infringement of third party patent claims; however, it is important for all buyers and end-users to perform their own intellectual property search and understand the restrictions for use in their area.

 

Warranty and Limitation of Remedy

GelbChem makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, which extends beyond the description of the chemicals herein, except that the material will meet the specification information provided with each item at the time of delivery. Buyer's exclusive remedy and GelbChem's sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at GelbChem's option, the replacement of all material that does not meet our specifications. GelbChem shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. Said refund or replacement is conditioned on Buyer giving written notice to GelbChem within thirty (30) days after arrival of the material at its destination. Failure of Buyer to give said notice within said thirty (30) days shall constitute a waiver by Buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material.

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that our product does not meet the provided specification information, please contact us at:  contact@gelbchem.com for a Return Authorization Number. To receive a full refund you must return at least 90% of the material received in its original condition and within 30 days of receipt of the compound. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the compound.
